Fair price for sonosax SX-m2 ?
« on: December 06, 2003, 02:59:03 PM »
For a used unit in good/great shape.

What does this unit cost new? I'm guessing 900 to 1000?

650-750 would be fair if used.  Around a grand new!

If you're selling to me, I'd say $600 so I can get it lemo-modded to run my Schoeps caps bodyless.    :P  ;D

600 is what they seem to go for when they pop up, or 650!
I sold mine for 650 I think it was!

Actually, I don't have great detail as I've found it damn difficult to find the information.  I've heard tell that the Sax can be modified as described.  That's all I know at this point!  I'll start a new post asking if anyone knows details on this...
