Preamp Service?
« on: January 02, 2004, 05:28:48 PM »
Well, my beloved PSP-2 crapped out on me on NYE, so no taping for a while...

I called Oade to see if they'd look at it, but he said they're out of the repair business now.  Anyone know a place that will service this thing?  Prodigital?

Help!

Prodigital will service them. A buddy of mine sent his in last year and they took care of him.

I talked to Prodigital, he said they'd take a look at it.  A quick trip to the local pack and mail and all's well.  Hopefully we'll have this shit straight by the time I get back in late January...

EAA was sold to AETA audio a while ago, and I think AETA wont service the old units (think old-school apogee service).  Either way, it's already in the mail to Paul.

hope he can fix it. I had a xlr clip break, and the damn thing would up having to go to france for 150 bucks, courtesy of an east coast retailer. I vaguely remember mentioning that to Paul, and him telling me that he could have taken care of that. good luck!

Before my buddy went to Paul, he had to send his to France and they sent it back saying there was nothing wrong with it! It ended up costing him a couple hundred dollars, I think.
