ISO: AKG CK 63 Contact pin repair help

The little nut that screws down over the contact pin has come unscrewed. What's the best way to get it back on snug?

I haven't done it, but here is what I would try first... find a regular screwdriver that fits the slot in the screw nicely, then sacrifice it by grinding a u-slot in the end.
