Er09/Er09 HR speed ratio
« on: August 21, 2010, 07:07:24 PM »
I was just measuring the speedratio between my Edirol R09 and my Edirol R09 HR and got:

ER09 speed
-------------------  =   1.00003898
ER09HR speed

Anyone else who made similar measurements/calculations?

Thanks

The significant decimal place in that ratio is probably well beyond the actual tolerance of the equipment. Absolute time accuracy will vary slightly clock by clock, deck by deck.  Those clocks are amazingly close, other decks will likely measure similarly but somewhat different, as will these, measured at a different time, at a different temperature.
