I've got some Audio Magic cables that sit in my bag always connected between my pre and a/d (for a few years now) with a fair amount of tension and bend on them. The jacket finally started to come loose from the connector, so I emailed Jerry at Audio Magic to see how I could go about fixing/testing them to make sure they went back to good working order. He told me to send the cables out and he'd fix them no charge.
In less than a week's time, the cables are back and look good as new, for no charge. Thank you Jerry!
