energizer rechargables?
« on: April 20, 2004, 04:16:01 PM »
Anyone use the energizer rechargable AA batteries? They are 2100mah, anyone know if these are comparable to the powerex maha rechargable AA's? Is it ok to mix rechargable batteries? I will be using these with the powerex batteries in a psp-3. I might just buy them and try them out since a 4 pack is only $10 but I figured I'd ask here first.

I have a few sets of Energizer AA that are only 1700 mAh and have been using them for over 2 years with no problems.

for $10 a 4 pack you can't go wrong, they will pay for themselves in no time

Don't mix different capacity batts.  I.E. if you have a bunch of 1200's you don't want to mix em with 2200's cuz the 1200's will poop out before the 2200's will...  Make sense?

just set up a little test in front of my stereo here at home using energizer rechargeable batteries, 9v (7.2v) 150mAh in my lemosax and AA 2100mAh in my d100... after 3 hours of recording both are sill going strong. the d100 has two power bars remaining and the sonosax is reporting low power (1-sec led flashing), although it had been doing this since the start of recording.

i'm thinking the lemo-modded sonosax draws a lot less power than a standard sax, hence the reason i'm able to get 3+ hours out of it with 7.2v 9v batteries, anyone?

I am using one of the energizer 9v NiMH cells in my SVU-1 & it pooped out after about 10 hours of use. Does anybody know what capacity are alkaline 9v cells?
Governor Jim McGreevey was equally disturbed about the upcoming population increase. "New Jersey cannot support all of these wookies," he said. "For starters, we don't have nearly enough kindbud. At best, we can muster up a Q.P. of some beasties, but we've not a dime-bag more."
