SHN / FLAC -> MP3 (software needed)

Wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some FREE and GOOD software to convert some SHNs and FLACS directly to MP3 (one click).

I'd prefer to do this in larger batches. Basically I'm looking to converting my favorite live shows to MP3 so I can fit a ton of them on my MP3 player so I can listen to shows at work.

Hopefully there is something that will convert either SHN or FLAC to MP3 so I can just pick all the shows I want converted and just have it do the rest.

free for only 30 days, at least the mp3 codec is.

however its well worth the $15 or whatever it costs to register. free updates for life!
