Soundforge 7.0 Question

I realize this is in the wrong forum, so mods feel free to move it - but it's 3 in the morning...and I need help quickly, and I figured this would more likely be seen here.

Anyway, I'm trying to synch up an AUD/SBD Matrix using Soundforge, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to advance one of the 2 sources.

Can anyone give a quick tutorial?

Let this be a lesson:

Don't post OR attempt to sync two tracks while you're drunk! Audacity lined the tracks up perfectly with almost no user assistance at all.
