Topic: Any help building a 9V battery box for Monacor MCE-4000?

I have Monacor MCE-4000 (omni) capsules with a 9V homemade battery box, but minijack mikes input on the battery box started failing on left channel until didn't make a connection anymore.

I'm unable now to replace that battery box by myself (a friend of mine built it some time ago but he passed away in 2008). Went to a place where I live so they could re-build it, but they told me they need a diagram of the circuit to build the appropriate one.

Could anyone send the diagram I need to repair mine or build a new battery box if necessary?
