Title: Esoteric Question for a Cooper CS104 Mixer
Post by: texasmfp on April 13, 2010, 01:09:02 PM
Hi:

I have a Cooper CS104 mixer with the Direct Out option.  I noticed that the 1K test tone only comes out via the regular XLR outputs, rather than through the direct out 10-pin Hirose cable.  First question is, are one of the many many unmarked jumpers inside able to direct the tone out of the 10-pin Hirose direct out?  If not, then what procedures would I use to set the Unity Gain on the recorder when I am recording from the direct out cables?  Would I set the gain with the regular XLR outputs and then swap to the direct out?  I could do that, but I am not sure that the levels would be accurate?  Thanks in advance to all you Cooper gurus.

Thanks
