EAA PSP2 SLA

Has anyone ever built an SLA system for an EAA. It's 9v, so I'm guessing I am going to have to step a 12v down, or maybe use one of those 9.6v RC batteries people have been talking about...

I've been running mine on internal powerexes with great results, recharge every other show. No sense schlepping extra gear, IMO.
If you're set on going the external route, I'd go with the RCA packs- small and cheap.

Do they make a ~9v RCA battery or do you have to use a couple of them in series?

most of them are 9.6v, but the PSP-2 can handle up to 12 so you're good to go in that respect.
