Title: split file on jb3?
Post by: admkrk on June 17, 2010, 05:44:41 AM
i have a recording that's about 2 1/4 hrs that fails after around 75 - 85% of the transfer.is it possible to split the file on the jb3 so i have a better chance of getting the transfer completed in 2 parts? it's mainly birds from my front yard so no worries about cutting a tune in two.

hope that makes sense?

As far as I know, you can't.

This may seem odd, but have you tried transferring it without the batteries in the JB3? For some reason, that always worked for my files that were being finicky.
