CD Wave is a program for Windows. Google to find it, or look in the stickied "where do I find..." thread at the top of this forum.
CD Wave's primary feature is to allow users to cut large WAVs into tracks, without introducing sector boundary errors (SBEs) in cd-format (16-bit / 44.1k) files. Drop a marker in the WAV where you want to split the tracks, press the Split button (or some such), repeat, Save As (individual WAVs for each track, usually), and you're done. Very easy. It has a 30-day trial, after which you're required to purchase a license for a measly $15. Well worth the $, I think. Try it...and if you like it, buy it.
