On Stage MY-420 Shock Mounts.
No affiliation with Amazon or the sellers. Twenty bucks apiece. Got two today, and they look to be decently constructed.

They look a lot like the Audio-Technica AT8410a.

They do, but I like that these had a knob to tighten the mount's angle off the stand. The AT's only have a screw and are kind of a pain to work with. I might pick some of these up!
