so i did this, and basically it FUCKED my 2kpro up bad

i was having zero problems without doing this stuff

i had to totally re-install 2kpro to get rid of that shit!

I keep seeing documents like this saying to use FAT32, but I just don't understand it.
real-life experience has told me many times over that FAT(12/16/32) is a piece of CRAP!

NTFS does not take longer to defrag compared to FAT32 on the same size hard-disc, it takes much less time to defrag compared to FAT32.
as far as FAT32 being faster for disc access, that may be so, but I have to yet to have any problems working with 12+ channels of multitrack audio on a NTFS drive.
