Topic: can't burn waves ???

at a total loss here. when i try to burn wave files all i get are trac ids(d1t1 and the time). winamp(and others) will play it like there's something there, but no sound. tryed 2 diff programs and 2 diff burners. tryed playing on 2 diff computers. the wave files are on the computer and i have no problem burning shns. all the coasters read 0 mb free, 0 mb on disc.

anyone have a clue please??

What program are you using to burn?  Are you able to correctly play the wav files from your HD?

i was useing feurio and i also tried with veritas record now. and yes they play fine on the computer. i tried a test burn w/ feurio and didn't get any error mess. if that makes a difference. i don't have a clue were to go w/ this. if it wouldn't burn shns either i could probly figure it out, but........

after trying to play a known good disc w/ no luck i spent the morning frustrating myself and finally found the problem. the stupid music player program wasn't working.

Glad to hear you figured it out.  That's frustrating when you realize you've been trying to solve the wrong problem.
