Just got my Audix m1290 mics!

I just received my Audix 1290's from Todd R and boy is the packaging lovely.  I gave them a quick test with some Veruca Salt and i can't wait to take them out tomorrow night (talk about in the nick of time!) for the They Might Be Giants show at Irving Plaza, should be easy to stealth since i've done it before with no hassles.  Man, i tell ya, i'm fucking addicted to taping.  It's not bad enough i plunked down some heavy dough just a few months ago on a sexy pair of electrostatic headphones and now this!   The mics came in mint shape and can definitely be stealthable even though they are a tad longer than the Sound professional mics i own, can't wait for some of the shows i'll be attending this month, these suckers are gonna flex their muscles. 

Two thumbs up to Todd R for making this transaction super easy and being an all around cool guy to deal with.   ;)

Hey Gerorge,

+T for being the new keeper of the micros!  Glad they got their in time for your upcoming TMBG show, you should have fun putting these to true stealth use.
