Yup.  Even they'll wear out eventually, though.  I'm due to refresh my tire valve caps on my oldest clamp.

i just got my rowi today and love it.  it is extremely compact and even has 2 legs that pop out to set it up on a table... now that is sweet.
open: mbho 603a (ka200n/ka500hn) > SD MP-2 > PCM-M10

I have one of those Rowi clamps w/the legs.  nice..but you can't clamp to a pole w/it.  only flat surfaces.

you can get rowi clamps on ebay all the time for $9-$20...bunch of different styles...I actually have the non schoeps branded one myself and a smaller one...great deals...

it fit fine on my stand last night... i can kinda see what you are saying b/c the pad isnt concave, but i could always fashion a v shaped something if i was needing a better clamp surface.
