Question about mA
«
on:

So I am looking for an AC adapter for an old Sony D6. It requires a 6V 650mA supply. How much mA over is safe to go. I realize that it has to have at least the 650. I found an adapter that is for units up to 1200 mA. Is that too much?

No - the mA rating is the MAX supported mA of the power adapter.
