I have used it...what do you need to know?  I think there is a 6.0 out now, you should probably get it.  I can grab it if you need it as well!

Well D, I'm just not that great at figuring out PC crap. Hell I can't even find out how to transfer me Bit Torrent  files I've downloaded....UUUGGGHHH!

check out sonicfoundry.com for the sf5.0 manual...if you can't find it let me know, i have a copy of it on my pc at home.  it's pretty big though...like 5 mb if i can remember.
i used sf5.0 exclusively for over a year, and have just recently turned to wavelab, though sf is still being used for some things.  ask away and perhaps i can help!
