Title: How do I wire a Tini Q-G to 2 mics and 1/8 plug

Maybe i posted in the wrong area, i am trying to rewire a Tini Q-G 4 pin connector(connects to the core sound BB) to 2 mics(one red on white wire) and a 1/8 in mini plug (one red one white wire), the diagram is below, i have tried lots of combos but can't seem to figure it out, anyone have an idea?

Also i looked through the instructions but its not helping me out
