Title: Croakies for Countryman B3s,looking for.

These work,i just fed the B3s thru them and then onto the glasses,took about 30mins and some patience . ;D

Does that mean its a permanent installation or can you take them out with the same amount of patience?

The regular suiters are actually 2 cotton tubes - one inside the other. In the pdf you can find at Sound Pro's site, they recommend "peeling back" the outer tube all the way to the very end.

Then, get your mics and place them at the end near the rubber thingie that holds the croakies on your glasses. Fold the outer tube back down over the mic and continue, I guess you can call it reverse peeling until the outer tube is back in its regular position.

Might be a little easier than snaking the mics all the way up the tube.

I have the regular suiters and AT933's. They slide through so easily, I don't do the peeling routine. Once I have the mics positioned correctly in the tubes, I take a small piece of electrical tape and wrap it around mic wires and the end of the croakies that you cut off so it holds them in place. Since my AT933's and wires are white, this also helps to cover up the color.

At any rate, in answer to another post, with this combination, it's no problem to remove the mics when needed and then redo the croakie routine. The ends of the croakies that get cut off do begin to fray after awhile though.
