It is not a rumor. I speak with Larry Villella, the owner of ADK, at least twice a month and he has said they plan to start production on different caps for this mic body within a year

i am working on a stealth setup and leaning towards maybe 1290's > pre? > modsbm1.....or if dan gets the neumanns, i can stealth w/ those..... ;) i dont think i'll ever sell my 480's tho......i have been VERY hard pressed for money a million times, not even to get new gear would i sell them.......they are my babies...... 8)
