Title: 'cheap' 9 Volt powered A/D converter from audio technica

what do you think about it? please have a look:

it is a japanese site though, and the converter I suppose is only available in Japan - but I am there right now :-)

I think that's just a coax>opti converter.  Runs on DC though, according to the picture.
