if they sound Good I will maybe pick some up later. I am very fortunate to have a good relationsship with MG. Next up is the um900  pair which is built entirely by hand, it takes each little piece of that mic an entire day to assemble. They only make about 2 a month.

mmmm, the um900 are the mics i dream about woning, or is it the umt900? it has 5 selectable polar patterns and is a 'slim' LD like the tls's

the one above isnt , but the one i have in my possesion is ac only yes.

the SWEET one above is 48v phantom power.

exactly. the tubes in my possesion now(um 92.1s) can only be powered with AC though.
220 volt at that.
