A few weeks ago, my Tascam DR-100mkii kept stopping while recording, due to DIN unlock. Since that night's tape was already a disaster due to a bad mic, it wasn't the worst thing in the world. Testing it after the fact leads me to believe that the SPDIF > 1/8" adapter (which came with the recorder) has gone bad. For reference, I've been feeding it with a UA-5, with a custom RA coax to coax cable from Ted G. Any idea where I can get another SPDIF > 1/8" cable? Someone custom? I believe a previous examination of this revealed that the 1/8" isn't the standard TRRS plug...

It's actually a 2.5mm plug...

This is what I always use on my DR100MKII due to the right angle that makes it stick out less. I have never had an issue with it either.
