I've ordered an SPSB-11 (12 volt battery) to replace my SPSB-8, which sadly now has a problem with the wiring (left mic cuts out). I've ordered one with a detachable cable so if this happens again, I'll only need to replace the cable.
Plan is to run SP-CMC-2 (AT831's with low sensitivity mod) > SP-SPSB-11 > SP-SPSC-7 cable > Edirol R-09. Anyone have an educated guess as to how many hours I'll get out of the 12 volt battery before I'll need a new one? I've looked all over and can't find an answer anywhere. Thanks.

How Many Hours ? No Idea
I have an SPSB11 too, since 1 year ago approx or more.... works always today
but you can buy a replacement battery 12v And plug your cable in to your Recorder only for taping .

I think it will be around 12-15 hours, it's like that with my SPSB-3L (although it uses 9Vs and not 12s), but anyway, most battery boxes are around that I think. I change batteries each 2 or 3 shows though, just to be safe.

- Power module has 30-50 hour battery life, depending on microphones used.

I was on the phone with them this afternoon about a potential purchase and their estimate of battery life was 50 hours. The 30-50 above is probably a safe estimate.

Thanks for the responses guys.
