These cheap TOSlink Optical to COAX Coaxial Digital (S/PDIF) Audio Converters are available on eBay (link below). Anyone use them or know if they are any good?

Or should I step up to a more expensive M-Audio converter (link below) to preserve digital audio quality? Would it make a big difference?

Thanks,

I have a Hosa converter that I could probably part with... let me know if you're interested and we'll talk.
I'm not familiar with the one that you have listed above, but I do know that some of the cheaper converters are NOT bit perfect upon conversion. Something to keep in mind if bit-for-bit conversion is needed.

Hi,
I'm interested and have sent you a PM.
Let me know if you still want to sell and what your price is.
Thanks.
