I know someone said that the newest may have bugs..So, what version do you guys use? and where is the best place to find it??Nomadness?Also are there any other downloads for the JB3 that are useful??

I use 1.32.02 along with a lot of other folks.  Many others use 1.40.xx (forget the precise number).  I think those are the two most popular.  If you think you'll record for longer than 3 hrs in one sitting, bump up to 1.40.xx.

Brian, Brian, Brian...do you think it would help to have a link to the JB3 FAQ in the "Recording Gear" forum...rather than hidden away under "Ask the Tapers" - Makes more sense to have it in Rec Gear...IMO

hey bro, i have been using 1.40.06(the newest) and i think its rock solid, ive transferred hundreds of dats and tapes about 100+ sets of music w/ theat firmware and have had no problems

Thank everyone of yall! I thought I heard someone say one of em was actin screwy so I wanted to make sure. +T to all of yall brian, hexy, bean and cayman..this place kicks so much ass man, id be so lost without it...specially since im here in deutschland, and the krauts dont know shit about consumer electronics!
