Title: Dual Phantom Power Supply?

If one were to use this phantom power supply...

ART Phantom II Dual Phantom Power Adapter
2 x XLR inpus and outputs. Powered by 2 9V batteries.

Do you have to use both inputs and outputs....or can you use it with just one mic?

Bonus question...is this an good power supply?

you can use one or both or none

power is power.  As far as I know it works

I've used this for a month now and it's great, though I am an idiot and just fried it somehow when hooking it up to my 12v SLA... hopefully I can get ART to fix it under the warranty (even though it's my fault it happened) ... playing stupid might work. But go for it.. it's a good cheap phantom power supply.
