Nak 300 repair
« on: May 23, 2008, 10:16:59 PM »
Hey everyone,

A few years back I had a Nak 300 die on me mid-show and never got around to having it looked at. It's hard to say exactly what happened. The soldering job inside the mic is reckless and the spring inside for the battery looks like a curly rusted paperclip. So the problem could be either or both. I'd really like to use these mics again someday, so I was curious to know if anyone knows of someone willing to look at it/test it etc.

Also, while I'm thinking about it, is leegeddy still doing the active mod on these? I see he hasn't logged into the site in a few years.

Thanks for any help.

Mark

pm busman, he works on these.  Busman Audio on here.  He does the active mod.

Don't even ask about why leegeddy hasn't been on here in awhile but it is safe to say he is out of the modding game.
