Topic: Feurio can't lock drive while burning cd....

Hi -

I have 2 cd burners on my pc - an HP 8100 and an extermal Plextor PX-716UF.  I just installed a few pieces of software to go with the brand ne Plextor, and now I'm having trouble locking the HP drive with Feurio. ( I still use the old HP drive to burn cd's).

I know there were a few Plextor programs that run on bootup.  I thought I killed all of those with the Task Manager, but I still am having problems.

Does anyone know what else could be causing the problems?  What other processes could be running to screw it up?

Is it ok to burn w/Feurio not being able to lock the drive?  Or should I quit using the old HP burner and use something else w/ the Plextor burner - what software do you guys recommend?
