I'm sure it's been covered in here, but how do I connect this
http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16817552001&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Cell+Phone+-+Batteries-_-N82E16817552001&gclid=Cj0KEQiAyvqyBRChq_iG38PgvLgBEiQAJbasd69V6gSZ5CgoIGdLAhHCp4yY0a6q26AI_P4vkU7sFC0aAlFF8P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds to an r 44? A link to the reverse polarity cable for the mp3300? Thanks.

Buy one of these https://www.radioshack.com/products/radioshack-adaptaplug-m?variant=7188497861 and plug it in with the "+" reverse on the tekkeon female side.
Or you can buy one custom from me ;D http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=131680.0

I'll second T-90's findings. You'll get a lot of runtime for the R-44 using the MP3300 batteries. I can tell you that running 2 channels w/phantom at festivals for the past few years, I was getting at least 12-13 hours with a light or two still glowing on the battery's meter at day's end.

With Radioshack going under, you can usually find reasonably priced (for now) Adaptaplug tips on eBay and sometimes on Amazon. Otherwise, if you're handy and careful with a Dremel, saw blade, chisel, needle-nose pliers, etc, you could remove the "skirt" on the Tekkeon tips that keeps you from plugging them into the cable with reverse polarity.

I've been very happy running my R44 with MP3450/3300's :D
