Does anyone in Canada or who will ship to Canada make custom XLR's?
I already have sent Ted G an email
Is there anyone else open to making a pair of special low pro XLR cables ?
LMK.

I'm not sure if anyone makes them (I'm sure you could find a few companies), but if you know how to solder (or are willing to learn), you could pick up something like these to make yourself some:
Low Profile XLR connector:
https://www.mouser.ca/ProductDetail/Switchcraft/AAA3MBLP?qs=qSfuJ%252Bfl%2Fd7BZD1TMhJE7w%3D%3D
0.205" Shielded Cable:
https://www.digikey.ca/en/products/detail/tensility-international-corp/30-02974/21349544
Wouldn't be too hard to make - plus you'd probably save money and learn a cool skill :)

Thanks for the links, I’m just not interested in making them myself, I don’t see needing or wanting more pairs so to buy an iron, sodder, cable, XLR s would be overkill.

ive offered numerous times to help build you whatever you need

I'm firing up the cable making station next week to make a bunch of stuff.
Shoot me a pm with what you are looking for I may be able to help. I still have quite a lot of stock from when I made cables as a side gig.
I'm a little confused since you say in your OP that you want XLRs but later that XLR would be overkill.

I think they just mean buying all the gear (solder, iron, cables, XLR connectors) would be overkill for only making a single set of cables. An iron and solder are pretty cheap and handy to have though so I feel like it’s not overkill even if it’s just one project.

Personally, I’ve always seen projects as an excuse to buy tools. What’s not to like?
