Title: External drive click of death

Had a 1 year old drive quit working and just clicks now. Any trick to bring one of these back? It was a 2tb drive full of GD Charlie Miller upgrades, 700 gb worth. So glad I have Backblaze. Bit of a pain to shell out $189 for a drive but it’s 100% refundable.

Put it in the freezer, and then try it.

Worked once for me, YMMV.
