ok, because my dumb ass just oldered it on and forgot to change the screw in caps (switch the new one for the old one) so its too short to screw in, so i need to shorten it. thanks brother

i guess I should because I really didnt do the best soldering job
I used someone elses iron and it just didnt heat up well, ill use mine to redo it. Does leaving the iron on the wire for a few minutes hurt the wire?
