What does recording to CD-R/RW mean? You can record straight to an audio CD? Sounds good for recording lessons for students.  Instead of waiting on a transfer 'n burn, you can just hand them a CD.  Handy! Although I'm sure there are tons of these out there that I don't know about...

I think Marantz do something of the sort already.  Of course dedicated CDR recorders have been around for years - what's relatively new is combining the CD part with recording to memory cards for extra flexibility.
