Problem w/ MTII Recording

hi all...
HELP!!!!

taped a Solo acoustic show the other night and got back home to a very nice sounding show with a thump, thump thump throughout the recording......ran my Sonics 6-L's w/ the 1/4 " inputs w/battery power into a Micro Track II.....Recording is excellent....levels good etc,  But what is this thump, thump, thump you can hear throughout the recording.....Bought to use as a bit Bucket...w/V3, but tried to use as Stealth unit and am not happy....MT-II using firmware V107.....ANY IDEAS????

I never had an issue like that, but I always ran mine as a bit bucket with a V3. Have you tested your 1/4 " cables? Can you duplicate the problem at home recording off of your stereo speakers at loud volume?
