Title: Analog Level via a VX Pocket from SBD Patchbay
Post by: herrmann2burn on December 14, 2003, 10:17:17 PM
Hey all,
I hope someone can shed som light on a problem i had.
I recently tried running my Laptop with a VX Pocket via XLR's from a
SBD Patchbay. I switched the input on my Digigram Wave Mixer from
Digital to Analog for the signal. Once the band started playing, my
levels immidiately clipped. I couldnt find a way to turn the Analog
signal down in the Digigram. I was running SF 5.0
IS there a way to control the Analog Signal Level on the Laptop when
running through the VX Pocket? or Is it only controlled through the
SBD?
Thanks for any advice,
Rhys

rhys - it's in the digigram driver setup, not in the system mixer or SF. not really sure exact location, as i sold my VX, but i remember it being in the driver's window. try going into it thru device manager....
good luck setting it, too, it's a frickin nightmare. it's a numeric number that doesn't exactly correlate to dB.

This is 100% the reason why I unloaded my card less than two months after purchasing it.

The controls are in the digigram mixer app, should be in your start menu or thru the systray icon....
