what's the current price on the 702? i think the HD is well worth the extra $ for the 722 (how ever much it may be  )

i ran 480>722 once and liked it ALRIGHT but the grace>722 does a REALLY nice job of mixing up tightness and warmness IMO, the 148>722 IMO would sound too bloated because the 722 is a WARM piece of equipment IMO

i would say try the 722 w/ and w/ out the v3 in front and see which you like better, my gut says you'll keep the v3 around

id also like to run 480>sax>722 and will borrow one someday to run thatw ay

only prob is I'd need to sell the V3 to fund the 702

i had to as well, but after selling the modsbm1/jb3/access i just bit it and am haoppy i did, i can run the v3@24/96 and see how that is as well and also just run the 722 when i feel like it

I'm thinking I may run over to CascadeMedia sometime in the next week and see if I can demo theirs for a day or so.. I'm sure there is a difference sound wise, but how much of one that my ears will hear is the question.

ANyone run un-modded 460's to the 702/722/744 ??

I am debating selling V3 to fund a 702.

I will be soon. 2 shows, same venue, same seats. Different nights ofcourse . Thinking of running unmodded 460's>722 one night and JW's for night 2.
