Topic: no power to V3 w/ ec90 6v

+T's for all help and this is the pin out i need to know correct

EcoCharge EC-90 V3 6 volt cable config;

Pin 1 = - / negative
Pin 2 & 4 jumped
Pin 3 = + / positive
