Topic: Help setting up sound forge 6 or 7

Looking for some help or suggestion to setup sound forge 6 or 7 not sure how well i like n-track unless i have something set wrong in it.  I'm running adk TL's > mme > sony c1vn

if i run my levels up on the mme second green i get pops in my recording and i don't think it's the mme or the computer.  I'm guessing the  software or i'm overloading the mics possibly.  So i'm going to try out sound forge and see how things go.  But i need some help setting it up if anyone has and suggestions that have worked for them or just general stuff i need to configure.
