Been using the BC-1000 a little over a year now (prior to that I had a BC-900, which I ruined by using the wrong AC adapter. That one's totally my fault.) I've been super careful with the BC-1000...all of the sudden it gets stuck in this weird loop and won't charge.

Anyone else had this behavior? Anyone had experience with La Crosse's customer service at all?
