File issue on R-09-Can it be fixed somehow?
« on: July 30, 2008, 10:34:02 PM »

A friend recorded a show the other night and the first set comes up as an improper song.  He transfered it to the computer and the file is there but plays back as if it was in ffw???  Has anyone else run  into this issue and can it somehow be salvaged??  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere, search brought nothing up about this problem.

Thanks in advance for any help with this funky file.

Probably a mismatch between the WAV header and actual data.  More info here:
