Topic: anyone clean their DA 20mkII themself??

needs more than a cleaning tape.  I know there is a thing in the datheads archive about it.   Is it as easy as it sounds/reads??

Yep, it is. Hardest part for me was figuring out which screws to take off to remove the shell, but other than that, easy going.

Thanks alot, greenone.........lot of good stuff at that link.  Removing the shell exposes the head and guides, then?  I think I'll give it a try.

DA 20 is very easy to open.  If you have those rack side plates off ( 2 big screws each) , its just 3 screws in the back to get the cover off.  I'm not sure of how to clean it other than a cleaning tape, but I use one of those compressed air cans to get dust out once in a while.
