How much would the pre-amp/battery box cost?

I'm including that in the $75 deal...
Tickets are dead to me.  Except the ones I have, don't have, and lost.  Not to mention the ones you have, don't have, and lost.   And the ones that other dude has, doesn't have, and lost.  Let me know if you need some tickets, I'm happy to oblige.

You should be able to get one from www.soundprofessionals.com for 50 bucks or so.

Ya I saw that right after I posted, sorry.  Hmm you may have a buyer...PM me with paying details and shipping costs and such.

EDIT: Now that I have a mic (hopefully) and an MD player, do I need anything else to record?
