Don't seem to find the PP-99 LiOn pack when googled..
Don't need one with a USB plug but with a normal mini cylinder type (usual) plug.
Also, 2200mAhr is equivelent to having 4X AA NiMH batteries at 550mAh each? If so it doesn't seem a lot.
At the moment I have this Power runner PR32XX model:

Set at 5V, the capacity is 7.2Ah.
Was looking for something similar in capacity but more stealthable (smaller).
Anyone know if there is anything better than my current battery?
Yep, in the scheme of things, 2200mAhr is not all that large of a capacity, which is why I was wondering what you wanted to use it for. 2200 does not equal 4x 550mahr AA batteries, at least as we usually use them. Most equipment we use will have the 4AAs wired in parallel to provide 6v (or 4.8v with NiMH), so the 2200mah pack would be equivalent to using 4AA's that are 2200mah each wired in parallel.
I also use the Dig concepts PP-99. They are now discontinued, so they are harder to find. I thought they were around 4000mah to 4500mah, but don't know for sure. They are about 2-3x as large as the pack I linked above, but it is a nice powerpack and really not too large at all.
So it all depends on what you're trying to do and what you consider stealthable. Which makes me curious -- what are you trying to run and for how long? The power draw of the H120, R09, MT, JB3, etc. isn't all that much, so a 2200mah pack should give at least 5-6hrs of runtime -- which is far more time than I ever like to do stealthing.
