Wearing DPA 4061's
« on: April 26, 2007, 02:55:23 PM »
I just got some DPA 4061's off TheMaestro here. I was wondering if someone could recommend the best stealth technique for wearing them. I would rather not use croakies or a hat. Which only leaves clipping them to a shirt?

Any advise or tips are greatly appreciated.

Recording in a fassion that cannot be easily detected.

Examples: 12' aluminum pole with mics and cables in the middle of a concert - Open

Mics hidden on one's person with a recording deck also concealed - Stealth

There are many ways to hide recording gear, and I guess we'd rather not tell all of our secrets in this open forum. Essentially, be creative!

Ummm.  It was kind of a slightly sarcastic rhetorical question.
