Ted's GAKbrella's use a 3/8" - 16 thread with option to add a US standard mic thread adapter for use with a windtech clamp but I think he's run out of stock for this year.

Don't know of any 1/4" thread umbrellas but it seems that 1/4" mount wouldn't be able to handle wind loads very well.

I bought one of these; although mine's a LITTLE bit different, I imagine this would also fit into a windtech clamp. 20" across, it has a spring built into the shaft, so it could flex in a wind gust. It has 3 clips to attach to a golf bag, but I took two off, leaving the one in the center to fit into my clamp.
Mics: AT933 w/ AT853 caps (cards, subcards, omnis) / Primo EM172 omnis (4.7k mod)
Bars: AT933 ORTF μBar, AT853 ORTF Active-style bar, fatstratcat DIN bar, 32" omni bar
