Just stumbled on this yesterday. It appears that an audible ground loop occurs when I run my V2 and SBM-1 off the same eco charge battery. I had been using my line transformers with this rig so never had this problem but yesterday I ran with the V2. It was odd I'd turn off the V2 and still hear the sound so I thought my SBM-1 was starting to fail. However I noticed the sound went away when I removed the RCA's. Finally I removed the V2 from the battery an ding no sound...
Just thought I'd say something incase anyone else is running V2 > SBM-1...keep them on separate batteries.
